Since 1989,  Bendure & Associates,  has provided Business Consultation and outsourcing to its clients for the purpose of “increasing their effectiveness and enhancing  their lives  and the organizations they lead.”

We specialize in working with CEO’s and business owners of small companies in Oklahoma, Texas and contiguous states.  Our senior associates have over 50 years of experience as CEO, CFO and VP of Human Resource experience in for profits and not for profits.

Our experience has taught us that most of our new clients seek our services because they are in crisis.  In fact we have found that without crisis there is no significant change.

We prefer to work with clients ahead of the crisis so that we prevent  loss of business and staff , avoid pain, and damaged images but this is rarely the situation.
